MSC is the world largest shipping company. To provide MSC HK which has started operation in Hong Kong since 1996 on all the insurance consulting advice and service from group medical insurance, group life insurance, group business travel insurance, MPF, Office EC Liability Insurance, even the Managing Director home insurance, domestic helper insurance and motor insurance.
The service appointment ended in 2012 after the founding Managing Director retired.

ST is the Europe largest Semiconductor. To provide ST HK being the Greater China office since 2001 on all the insurance consulting advice and service from group medical insurance, group life insurance, group business travel insurance and Employees Compensation Insurance and in 2007 tasked to arranging policies migration for all the expatriates coverage from Hong Kong to the newly formed Greater China office in Shanghai.
The service appointment ended in 2017 after the ST head office appointed a global insurance broker to take over all worldwide insurance policies.

To provide Consulate General of Belgium Hong Kong since 1997 on all the insurance consulting advice and service from local employees group medical insurance, Pension ORSO and MPF services, Employee Compensation Insurance and Office Liability Insurance, even the Consulate General home insurance and motor insurance.
The service provided by Stanley and his EWORLD to the Consulate General of Belgium Hong Kong has been lasted for 30 years since 1997.

In 1998, requested by the Prudential Asia Deputy CEO Mr Dominic Leung, Stanley being Prudential Employee Benefits Specialist, worked together with 2 other Specialists discussed on behalf of Prudential Employee Benefits Department with Bupa (Asia) Limited on the product revamp for the Prudential agency Group Medical Insurance plan.
After EWORLD has been established since 2000, Stanley in 2006 was invited by the Assistant General Manager of Bupa (Asia) Limited, Ms Zenda Chan, meeting the Managing Director, Dr Damien Marmion whom was advised how to enhance Bupa core personal medical plan, Bupa Care. A year later in Apr 2007, Bupa Care Pro was introduced which added a new benefit feature proposed by Stanley of a Lifelong Annual Cancer and Kidney Dialysis which has brought revolution in the Critical Illnesses market.
In Feb 2012, invited by the Managing Director of Bupa (Asia) Limited, Ms Ann Coughlan, Stanley attended a private dinner among 5 other insurance broker representatives with Bupa Group Chairman, Lord Leitch. Stanley shared his view and among others the possibility of the Manged Care with the Bupa Group Chairman. A year later in 2013 Quality HealthCare group was acquired by Bupa Group. After the dinner, Stanley received a thank you letter in March 2012 signed by the Bupa Group Chairman.
In 2017, invited by the Managing Director of Bupa (Asia) Limited, Mr Angus Slater, Stanley was the Co-Guest Speakers of Bupa Annual Health Forum held in the Marriot Hotel, sharing with some 300 insurance brokers in Hong Kong on how to provide the best insurance services to clients in Hong Kong.
In 2019, invited by Bupa (Asia) Limited, Stanley was interviewed by Bupa marketing team sharing his view of the best customer services of which the Video Interview was sent back to Bupa Global London head office as the Bupa Global internal training material.
In Sep 2020, invited by a NGO for an unfair medical claim treatment of his employee’s personal medical insurance plan, Stanley agreed to offer his help and objected the final claim decision letter dated 9 Mar 2020 of a major health insurer in Hong Kong by submitting a 5 pages appeal letter to The Insurance Complaints Bureau on 28 Sept 2020. A Deliberation Note from the Insurance Claims Complaint Panel of the Insurance Complaints Bureau was issued to the insurer in December 2020. On 10 February 2021, the insurer issued a letter to the claimant withdrawing its final decision dated 9 Mar 2020 and agreed to honour the claim accordingly.
On 18 March 2025, Stanley received a NGO request for an unfair travel insurance medical claim where the Bank’s travel insurer, one of the largest European insurers, agreed only to settle only HKD 31,000 for an overseas hospital treatment HKD 115,000 incurred on 18 Sep 2024. Stanley agreed to offer his help to the NGO member and appealed directly on behalf of the claimant with the Bank’s insurer appointed Loss Adjuster on 25 March 2025 detailing the policy terms and conditions for arguments. By 9 April 2025 the international Loss Adjuster, having received the insurer approval, agreed to settle an additional HKD 40,000 for the NGO member.
On 6 August 2025, Stanley prepared an Appeal Letter on its corporate client behalf to the Insurance Authority CEO for an unfair claim treatment dated 3 March 2025 by one of the largest medical insurers in Hong Kong which Stanley has been appealing for several months but the insurer insisted their declined decision. The Insurance Authority acknowledged Stanley submitted complain letter and the insurer concerned finally offered a settlement on 8 August 2025 agreed by the claimant.
